By visiting visionapesrec.com or placing an order with VisionApes Records, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may revise these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here with the date it was last updated.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the PRIME8 and VisionApes Records names, logos, artwork, artist imagery, music, photography, and written copy, belongs to VisionApes Records or is used with permission. You may share links and embed publicly available content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Orders, Pricing, and Availability

We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing, and stock status accurate. Prices are listed in USD. Because many of our pieces are small-batch or limited-edition, items can sell out quickly. Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is not a confirmed sale until we accept it and send a confirmation.

Right to Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of a pricing error, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or stock discrepancy discovered after the order was placed. If we cancel your order after payment has cleared, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisionApes Records is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products purchased. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisionApes Records and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue claims through courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
