VisionApes Records operates the website visionapesrec.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and what choices you have. We keep it plain because you should actually be able to read it.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider (Vercel) may log standard server data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic insights; this does not build individual profiles or set advertising cookies.

When you sign up for our mailing list, we collect your email address. When checkout opens, placing an order will require your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment information is processed directly by Shopify Payments and is never stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to fulfill orders, send shipping confirmations, and respond to customer service requests. Email subscribers receive news about new drops and label updates. We do not use your data for advertising on third-party platforms, and we do not sell it.

Processors and Third Parties

We work with a small set of service providers who handle data only as needed to run the business. Shopify processes payments and powers our storefront. Vercel hosts the site. Resend handles transactional and marketing email. Each provider operates under its own privacy terms and data-processing agreements.

This site uses cookies for essential functions such as maintaining your shopping session. Vercel Analytics operates without personal-level tracking cookies. You can disable or clear cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how the site works but will not stop you from browsing.
