Refund Policy

We stand behind every piece we put out. If something is wrong with your order, we want to make it right. Here is what our policy covers and how to reach us.

Returns: 14-Day Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email contact@visionapesrec.com with your order number and reason. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@visionapesrec.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable. Claims submitted after 7 days may still be reviewed but are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Size Exchanges

We offer one free size exchange per order within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and unwashed. Email us with your order number and the size you need. You cover the cost of returning the original item to us; we cover production and shipping of the replacement. A second exchange on the same item is not available.

Final Sale Items

Certain limited drops may be marked as final sale at the time of purchase. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive defective or damaged. Final sale status will always be clearly noted on the product page before checkout.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the refund is due to a defect or our fulfillment error. If your card provider shows the refund has been issued but you have not seen it post, contact your bank before reaching out to us.

Lost in Transit

If a carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping, at your preference. Please allow us to open a carrier claim before we reship or refund, as this is required by the carrier. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
