Shipping Policy
Every PRIME8 piece is produced in small batches. This policy describes how orders are fulfilled and what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment it lands at your door.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 2 to 5 business days of purchase. Small-batch and limited-drop items may take up to 5 business days during high-demand periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment partner.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Available carriers and service levels will be displayed before you complete payment. We do not mark up shipping costs.
Domestic Estimates (United States)
Most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after the order ships. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, and peak-season volume can occasionally extend delivery.
International Shipping
International shipping is planned and will be available once our storefront fully opens. When active, delivery estimates will vary by destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges assessed upon arrival are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict or cover these fees, as they are set by your country's customs authority.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will get a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the package. If the tracking status has not updated for more than 7 days after shipment, contact us and we will look into it with our fulfillment partner.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, check around your property and with neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at contact@visionapesrec.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and work to get the situation resolved. Claims for packages confirmed lost in transit (tracking shows no movement and the carrier confirms the loss) will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned to us because of an address error provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange a reship. Reshipment in this case is at the buyer's cost.
